Four things we
do not flex on.
Not principles for a wall. These are the things that decide whether you sleep well on your first night.

Clean first, pretty second
Every room is cleaned and re-linened before each guest. A place that works well beats a place that is merely decorated.

Prepared as if for our own family
Everything is set the way we would set it for our own: hot water that runs, enough light, clean towels already folded.

Less of what you do not need
If a detail does not make you more comfortable or make something easier, it does not need to be there. We would rather leave space than fill it.

How we message you is part of the design
Write to us and a real person replies, not a script. If something goes wrong we say so plainly and fix it quickly.
The light
Afternoon is when the apartment looks best.
We choose an apartment by which way it faces before we choose it by price. Afternoon sun crossing the living room, air moving through the balcony doors, curtains thin enough to soften the light without darkening the room — small things, and the reason people stay a few days longer.

Treatment schedules move — some rounds run longer, some end early. You can switch between these three, so you never pay for a room standing empty.

For families staying near the hospital, or longer work trips. Kitchen, washing machine, and a separate rate for longer stays.
